St Quintin AVENUE

A five bedroom Edwardian semi-detached house in North Kensington. The house was unmodernised and divided into flats when we first saw it. We provided a comprehensive design scheme and advised on architects, engineers and builders. Once the builders had moved out we completed the interior fit-out with 20th-century antiques, contemporary art and bespoke window treatments. The market was difficult at the time, but two buyers competed furiously for the property and it eventually sold for 250k over the asking price.
