We visit the property to work out your requirements with estimated costs, within 24 hrs.

We provide a design proposal that can be as basic as supplying a few pieces of art or as thorough as a complete decorating scheme. We detail our plans and provide a breakdown of the works with quotes.

Once a setup cost is agreed we prepare the property for staging. This can include decluttering, storing furniture, decorating, cleaning and gardening.

Our team installs the furniture, curtains and blinds etc.

Monthly rental of furniture, art, curtains etc. is set at a minimum length of two months. In our experience, it is unusual to require more than this time as our homes usually shift much quicker than this.

We can organise for cleaners and gardeners to look after your home and flowers to be changed where needed.

We remove our furniture and fittings and can organise a deep clean and handover of keys if required.
