A 1920’s, five-bedroom family house in W3. The property had been refurbished to a high standard but needed some warmth injected into the scheme. We advised on paint colours and floor coverings and then provided furniture and bespoke blinds for the bedrooms. At the time the market was very depressed. Within two weeks of marketing, we had two competing offers and the asking price was achieved within a month.
