A delightful four-bedroom cottage in W4. The house needed a lot of love and attention and we worked on a ‘rustic country’ theme to bring it to life. We changed door blanks for cottage tongue and groove ones, added wood panelling and vintage wallpaper. We used soft velvets and linens for the upholstery and added some reclaimed tiles to the bathrooms as well as aged mirrors to add an authentic charm. The property was on the market for two weeks before a couple fell in love with it as well as all the furniture. The sale went through seamlessly at full asking price.
